This is a blog of getting my weight/life under control. Yesterday was my 47th birthday and I want more birthdays to come. I currently weight 235.6 lbs and want to get under 200 lbs soon. Or at least wear a size L or XL.
From February to May I took a aerobics/strength class through work and loved it. I lost 13 lbs and inches. After May I continued on my own doing the exercises I learned, but did not do the full hour or full intensity. I have been walking a mile every day. I also just started going to the gym last week.
So, I am going to make changes and put it on this blog so all could see. I am going to take a Zumba class twice a week and go to the gym twice a week, walk every day and do the exercises that I learned in my fitness class twice a week. All these will be on different days. I am going to try to eat better and less. Baby steps.
My plan: ( I work on Tue., Wed., and Thur.)
Monday: Zumba/walk
Tuesday: Work/gym/walk
Wednesday: Work/core exercises/walk
Thursday: Work/gym/walk
Friday: Zumba/walk
Saturday: There is a Zumba class so maybe/walk and core exercising
Sunday: Rest/walk
Today I went to Zumba. WOW! is all I can say. I think I will go tomorrow.
